Review Scope of Work and Write Letters of Concurrence

Tasks to complete:

  • Review the SOW to determine whether or not the application reflects the priorities in the Plan.
  • Write a letter of concurrence reflecting this determination, to be attached to the SOW.

Degrees of concurrence include:

  • Concurrence: LIG agrees with the program priorities identified in the SOW
  • Concurrence with reservations: LIG has concern or issues that the LHJ will be required to address.
  • Nonconcurrence: LIG disagrees with the program priorities identified in the SOW.

Requires the following:

  • Acknowledgement that LIG was provided with a copy of the Comprehensive HIV Prevention Plan and the LHJ's SOW
  • Degree of collaboration with the LHJ
  • Responsiveness of LHJ to the Comprehensive HIV Prevention Plan
  • Degree of concurrence
  • Signature of Co-Chairs
